Screening tenants is one of the most important things a landlord does before renting out a property. However, many times the effort required to screen your tenants before letting them move in can seem to be a waste of time - this is especially true if the property has been vacant, and you are anxious to start collecting rent. 1.    Protect your bank account – That candidate says that they have the money and will pay on time every month, but how do you know?
